Day 3 - Diet going ok - Beethoven going even better....

So today we had a professional day at school......in preparation for the kids' return tomorrow.

I was panicked this morning because I frankly no longer really know what I can eat for breakfast - especially on the run......

So I took a 32 oz coffee - didn't fret about the shot of lowfat milk I added to it - and headed on my way.

For breakfast I had three of those little tiny "Nancy's" brand petite quiches.  Clearly the crust on those things is outlawed due to the flour, but there wasnt that much and I'm ok with it.

I also had some pepperoni slices that someone brought - probably too high in fat but still not a carb.

OK so for lunch I had some chicken soup broth with edamame and chickpea salad......and 1/4 avacado.

For dinner I just had 6 chicken nuggets (I know, the breading is why I'm fat) and some black beans.........Whatever the case with the questionable choices I made today, it's better than what I had last week at this time, and tomorrow I can keep it cleaner.

I taught piano lessons tonight and didn't have much time to work on the next passage of the Beethoven...but I was able to run through it once.  Luckily the four measures for today were very simple.......tomorrow's passage, not so much.   But I *love* that in everything we do we can accomplish it one step at a time........one foot in front of the other.  :):):)
